Pharmathek is born

Beginning of the collaboration with the internationally renowned industrial designer Alberto Meda

Crown Designs is born to leverage on the previous experience in luxury hotellerie, high-end residential and retail spaces, and to clearly target those industries

2015

Pharmathek patents a revolutionary system, Euclid 3D, aimed at improving pharmacies’ internal logistics

2016

First steps in shipbuilding with an important supply to a major player in the leisure cruise industry

2017

Crown Robotics founded for the automation of retail spaces and logistics warehouse

2018

LOGIK created, the smart and flexible display system for contemporary horizontal display

2019

The Green Mesh® display system, patented by Th.Kohl,
wins a international design contest with over 170 participants

Th.Kohl’s Pharmashield® safety devices take over the pharmaceutical retail market with over 50% of the Italian pharmacies being supplied

Residential: many private clients continue to trust Crown Designs for their residences, being those villas, penthouse apartments, or vacation homes.

Hotels and restaurants: Crown Designs engineers, manufactures, and installs hotels’ lobbies, rooms and restaurants, sourcing, transforming and assembling every material chosen by the client and the designer.

Retail: Crown Designs’ extensive experience runs from fashion stores to luxury brands’ corners within duty free shops. Being born in one of the most prominent Italian wine districts, Crown Designs also manufactures and restores wineries’ outlet stores.

OUR PEOPLE

A TEAM OF HIGHLY TRAINED SPECIALISTS AND CRAFTSMEN

Every Crown Design’s craftsman undergoes a three-year period of apprenticeship, after which is staffed either to production or assembly. Whatever the role, it is of absolute importance that every member of the team knows the raw materials and the transformation process in the deepest possible way.

Project managers and designers are all experienced architects and engineers. The whole company encompasses more than 70 full-time staff.
